Well said, Sarah. We gotta get all these people working together as much as possible to effect the kind of change that will benefit all of us. Mad love for Dart and HIC and IDEA. Bringing people together just means more momentum to help the young talent bust through ceilings.

I don't think Dart is “merely a platform”. This platform is incredibly valuable and provides a bridge that was otherwise non-existent before Dart. My accolades may be accolades may be dramatic but they are still very much warranted.

Haha... 'the mighty DartBoston beast' You're way too kind with your accolades for Dart but I have to say the success of Dart is due to the community of people that come out.

There are incredible people in the Boston community and it's there hustle and execution that makes Dart fun. We merely are a platform for these individuals to share what they are working on, whether it's showcasing their company on Capitalize and Pokin' Holes or showing their thought leadership on a Pokin' Holes panel. So I have to thank all of the twenty something entrepreneurs, students and professionals out there who are making it happen!

I also have to say that what the Northeastern crew is doing is awesome. If there is one contingent of students who have made an impression on me it's guys like Aaron Gerry, Jason Evanish, Ashkan Afkami, Punit Shah, Jennie White and others there (sorry if I didn't mention you) who are always out at different events pushing to make this community what it needs to be to foster a solid start up culture. And while I'm not a graduate of NEU, I'll say go Huskies!

Have to agree with you that Northeastern is doing some pretty awesome things. I always recommend NU over other area schools — ya'll are really way ahead of the game in terms of your career ambitions and professional development versus other students.
