great article Sarah! i am sure alot of Gen Ys will be quick to disagree with you though lol. I totally agree with the bit about Gen Y's showing a lot of ambition but at moment most of that ambition is shown verbally and not by actions.

That's right Sarah! I should have identified GEN Y in my post, but I'm still learing myseft and just getting over generation X!! LOL, You made great points.
